Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-Belt PLB6847R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lucas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lords parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Linx product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lucas such as the 108808D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3DMGX5AHRS manufactured by Lords and we are pleased to be able to service most Lords systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CB100523AS135231 by Manufacturer Linx as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lovato Brand BF12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Logosol such as 9507DERS111111 equipment made by Logosol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Logosol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Logosol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 221BGM184 made by Louis-Allis as well as the popular EM1000 original spares produced by Lucas

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the iP5110280KWV14 by Ls and 9507DERS111111 spares by Logosol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 36884 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Loepfe.
